The Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) certification is designed for professionals looking to validate a broad understanding of lubrication fundamentals and best practices in industrial maintenance. It recognizes individuals with advanced knowledge of lubrication engineering and its role in equipment reliability.
This training course, provided by Lubrication Engineers, helps prepare participants for the CLS certification exam while also strengthening real-world knowledge and application. It is intended for experienced professionals, as certification requires a minimum of three years of lubrication-related experience.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of lubrication principles, system design, and maintenance practices, enabling them to make more informed decisions and improve overall equipment performance.

8 AM – 5 PM | Days: 1-4, with optional STLE exam from 8 am – Noon on day 5.
$1,900 for 4-day seminar in Wichita (includes continental breakfast, beverage & lunch). Optional STLE exam on morning after class is not included in this class fee.

After registering for the CLS course, participants will be sent the following pre-course material to enable them to start preparing ahead of time:
STLE requires candidates to have a minimum of three years of experience in the field of lubrication to be eligible for the certification exam. If the exam is not passed, a one-year waiting period is required before retesting.

Private group training can be scheduled as a two-day seminar at Lubrication Engineers’ facility in Wichita or at your location, with an optional certification exam available on the third day. A minimum of 10 participants is typically required for private sessions.
