Breathers & Precleaners
LubeSite Systems, Inc. (a Bijur Delimon company) offers single point spring powered lubricators that are simple in design but very effective at delivering grease to a bearing lubrication point. The clear reservoir makes it easy to visually assess the lubricant level at any time. Once the reservoir is filled and the unit is connected to a bearing, the single point lubricator uses venturi action created when a bearing rotates to discharge lubricant to the bearing only when it is in motion (1-5 psi). This ensures the lubricant won’t create a mess, or compromise bearing seals. Lubricant discharge is immediate when the vacuum is created from the bearing rotation.

LubeSite 200 Series feature a clear, polycarbonate reservoir and base, allowing for visual inspection of the units’ internal workings. Specify for applications with minimal vibration, impact, shock, high-torque or centrifugal forces. Units are assembled with medium springs (three additional light and heavy springs are included in each box of ten). An extra heavy (orange) spring is available for applications requiring the use of an extension or for higher pressure flushing applications. LubeSite unit 260 is individually boxed with one light (blue) and one heavy (red).

LubeSite 300 Series are designed for applications subject to vibration, impact, shock, high-torque or centrifugal forces.Units are assembled with medium springs (three additional light and heavy springs are included in each box of ten). An extra heavy (orange) spring is available for applications requiring the use of an extension or for higher pressure flushing applications. LubeSite unit 360 is individually boxed with a light (blue) and heavy (red) spring.

Models 502, 505, and 560 are nickel-chrome, double plated for apps where corrosive resistance is required; such as in chemical & food processing apps. Units are assembled with medium springs; 3 additional light & heavy springs are included in each box of 10. An extra heavy spring (orange) is available for applications requiring the use of an extension or for higher pressure flushing applications. Model 560 is individually boxed with 2 springs; heavy and light. The piston seal ring in the 500 series is fabricated from chemical resistant Viton.

LubeSite Model 704 is ideal for high temperature applications. 704 permits longer periods between greasing, so there is no need to expose workers to equipment operating at high temperatures. The refillable, transparent reservoir permits a visual inspection of grease level from a safe distance, especially important in high temperature applications.
These units are assembled with a medium (green) stainless steel spring; are packed individually and include an additional heavy (yellow) spring. The piston seal ring and gaskets are fabricated from temperature-resistant Viton.

Almost all grade 0 to grade 4 non-separating grease will work.
To determine the proper spring required for the application, you need to know the operating temperature and the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a medium (silver) spring. See the spring selection guide at right.
If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application).
