Manually Operated
Grease Filling Pump with a Hand Press
The Grease Filling Pump with Hand Press offers a straightforward and efficient method for refilling lubrication pump reservoirs using grease-filled cartridges.
Filling Process:
The process begins by unscrewing the filling cylinder to insert a new grease cartridge. A filling connection straight or a 90° filling connection is mounted on the underside of the filling pump and on the lubrication pump.
Once the cartridge is in place, the piston rod of the filling pump is pressed down, forcing the grease from the cartridge into the reservoir of the lubrication pump. After each press, the piston rod is retracted, allowing you to remove the empty cartridge from the filling pump. This simple process is repeated until the lubrication pump reservoir is filled with the desired amount of grease.

Grease Transfer Pump (GTP)
The Grease Transfer Pump (GTP) is specifically engineered for efficient and swift bulk filling of automatic lubrication systems and grease guns, providing a cost-effective alternative to using pre-filled grease cartridges. This versatile pump is designed to refill lubrication system pump reservoirs directly from a 35 lb (5-gallon) pail using camlock adaptors, ensuring a seamless and contamination-free transfer process.
Filling Process:
The GTP is an ideal solution for those looking to streamline the refilling process of both automatic lubrication systems and grease guns. By utilizing bulk pails instead of traditional grease cartridges, you can significantly reduce costs while maintaining a high standard of lubrication. The sealed system design ensures that the grease remains uncontaminated throughout the transfer process, safeguarding the integrity of your lubrication system.
Perfectly suited for refilling a variety of manual and air-powered grease guns, the GTP connects via a 9mm filler/bleeder valve. It is also compatible with our range of ILC Automatic Lubrication Systems—including the Max 2, Max 4, Max 8, and MiniMax models—thanks to the camlock adaptors. The grease is transferred directly into the container using a follower plate as a guide, allowing for precise and efficient filling.
The GTP’s height-adjustable lid and pump assembly are designed to accommodate various grease pail sizes, up to 20 kg, making it a versatile tool for different applications.
