Both systems come as complete kits, providing nearly everything* needed for a seamless installation, whether you choose to handle it yourself or rely on our expert technicians.

- While our kits include most of the components necessary for installation, variations in equipment from different manufacturers may require additional items specific to your machine. Please contact us with any questions about compatibility or additional requirements.
- A 24V DC power supply, energized when the hammer is activated, is required to operate the lubrication system. This provision is generally supplied by others.
ReliaMAX™ Rock Hammer Automatic Lubrication System Kit
Our standard lubrication systems, featuring the ReliaMAX™ High-Pressure Electric Grease Pumps, deliver reliable and consistent grease flow to ensure your hydraulic hammer operates at peak efficiency. With reservoir options of 4 kg or 8 kg, this system is adaptable to a variety of applications and equipment sizes.
The system is designed for easy integration and can be mounted in a convenient, accessible location on your equipment, such as the engine compartment or a designated mounting area. A pre-filled lube line connects the pump to the hammer application, with quick disconnect fittings included for seamless removal and reattachment of the hammer.
Kit Includes:
- ReliaMAX™ High-Pressure Electric Grease Pump: 24VDC pump designed for consistent and reliable operation. Choose between 4 kg or 8 kg acrylic reservoirs for flexible grease capacity.
- Pressure Gauges: Monitor system pressure and ensure proper functionality.
- Pump Mounting Bracket: Provides a secure and durable mounting solution for the pump.
- High-Pressure Tubing: 11.3 mm O.D. tubing connects the pump to the hammer and includes quick disconnect fittings for convenience.
- Reusable Compression Fittings: Durable fittings for secure and adjustable tubing connections.
Note: The hammer lubrication pump must be wired to activate only when the hammer is in use. Electrical connections should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with your machine’s hydraulic system.
Yamada® Rock Hammer Automatic Lubrication System Kit for Larger Hammers
For larger hydraulic hammers requiring higher flow rates and robust capacity, our Yamada® Electric Grease Pump systems deliver the performance you need. Designed for high-demand applications, this system is built to handle the toughest conditions while ensuring reliable lubrication.
This system is ideal for mounting near the hammer or in an accessible location on the machine. It is compatible with 5-gallon grease pails and includes optional features to enhance functionality, such as low-level monitoring and a heavy-duty hold-down bracket.
Kit Includes:
- Yamada® Electric Grease Pump: 24VDC high-pressure grease pump capable of delivering up to 4,000 PSI. Designed for use with 5-gallon pails, providing an impressive flow rate of 80 CC/min.
- Pressure Gauges: 0–4000 PSI gauges to monitor system pressure and ensure reliable performance.
- High-Pressure Tubing: 11.3 mm O.D. tubing with quick disconnect fittings for easy hammer removal.
- Reusable Compression Fittings: Durable, adjustable fittings for secure connections on all tubing.
Optional Features:
- Low-Level Switch: Changes state when the pail is at critically low-level. This logic state change can be wired to indicators or other machine controls.
- Heavy-Duty Hold-Down Bracket: Secures the grease pail to the pump during operation for enhanced stability.
Note: Hammer lube system pump should be wired in a manner that allows hammer lubrication only when the hammer is on.
