The ReliaMAX® SSCO Lubrication System is engineered specifically for Suspended Solids Chain Oil (SSCO) applications utilizing a controlled air/oil delivery method designed to apply lubricant directly to critical chain pin and bushing areas. Continuous agitation, recirculation, and configurable micro-pump assemblies work together to help maintain suspended solids while supporting controlled multi-point lubricant delivery in demanding industrial environments.
When paired with Almasol® High Temperature Chain Lubricant (2799), the system helps reduce lubricant consumption, overspray, buildup, gum, and hard deposits commonly associated with high-temperature chain lubrication. The lubricant’s synthetic carrier penetrates moving chain components before cleanly volatilizing at elevated temperatures, leaving behind a protective lubricating film on critical wear surfaces.
