The Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I) and Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA I) certifications are designed for professionals involved in equipment lubrication, maintenance, and condition monitoring. These certifications validate foundational knowledge of lubrication practices and their direct impact on equipment reliability.
This training course, provided by Lubrication Engineers, helps participants build a strong understanding of lubrication fundamentals while preparing for the MLT I and/or MLA I certification exams. It focuses on improving everyday lubrication practices, including proper lubricant selection, application methods, contamination control, and oil analysis.
Participants learn how effective lubrication practices influence machine health and why lubrication activities should move from basic, reactive tasks to more structured and proactive processes. This shift helps reduce variability, minimize equipment failures, and improve overall maintenance efficiency.
By strengthening the knowledge and consistency of your team, this training supports better control over lubrication programs, reduced downtime, and improved asset performance across a wide range of industrial equipment.
