The system delivers precise lubrication to critical components, including the X, Y, and Z axes and the automatic tool changer (ATC), ensuring smooth operation and reducing wear.

Equipped with a 1-kg high-pressure pump, progressive divider valves, and solid-state controllers with digital readouts, the system provides real-time fault monitoring and efficient lubrication distribution. High-pressure hoses replace OEM plastic lines for added durability, while the system’s integration with the existing lubrication points ensures seamless operation. This upgrade minimizes manual maintenance, enhances machine uptime, and extends component life in demanding CNC machining environments.
