Nescon XBroom Sweeper

This Nescon XBroom Sweeper was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to optimize performance and reduce wear across 28 critical lubrication points. Equipped with a 4 kg reservoir and filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), the system delivers consistent, high-pressure grease to key components including the elevator bearings, brush pivots, S-cams, slack adjusters, steering linkage, king pins, drag links, and hopper door shafts.

Sweeping applications subject equipment to constant vibration, impact, and exposure to debris, all of which accelerate component wear without proper lubrication. By automating grease delivery, this installation minimizes downtime, extends component life, and ensures reliable operation during daily municipal and contractor use.
