Mack Granite Truck with American Roll-Off Body
Project Overview:
This Mack Granite with an American Roll-Off body was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to keep key joints greased during frequent loading and dumping cycles. The system services 34 points in total. On the chassis it covers front and rear steer pins, drag-link pivots, upper and lower kingpins, spring hangers, shackles, S-cams and slack adjusters. On the roll-off body it greases the cylinder pins, dump pins and trunnions that bear the heaviest loads.
A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump delivers Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated to handle shock loads and resist water washout. Automating lubrication reduces manual service time, lowers the risk of missed grease points and supports reliable performance for roll-off operations in rugged environments.
