Mack Granite Tandem-Axle Dump Truck

This Mack Granite Tandem-Axle Dump Truck was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to deliver consistent grease to 40 critical points across both the chassis and dump body. Chassis components such as steering linkages, kingpins, shackles, spring hangers, S-cams, slack adjusters, and drag links receive controlled lubrication during operation. The system also services key dump body components, including dump cylinder pins, tailgate locks, trunnions, and upper lift cylinder collars.

A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the system, filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease engineered for durability under heavy loads and resistance to water washout. Automating the lubrication process helps extend component life, improve fleet reliability, and minimize the labor and downtime associated with manual greasing.
