Project Overview:
This Komatsu WA320-8 Wheel Loader was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to enhance reliability and streamline routine maintenance. The system delivers precise grease flow to 26 lubrication points across the bucket linkage, articulation joints, quick coupler, lift arms, and steering components, ensuring consistent protection during heavy-duty operation.
The installation features a 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a high-performance NLGI 1 grease formulated to withstand shock loads, water washout, and high mechanical stress. By automating daily greasing, the system reduces the risk of missed points, minimizes downtime, and helps extend component life in demanding material handling environments.
