Komatsu PC138USLC-11 Excavator

This Komatsu PC138USLC-11 Excavator was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to improve uptime and protect critical pivot points from premature wear. The system is configured to service 16 total lubrication points using a 4 kg electric grease pump filled with Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-load, extreme-pressure lubricant ideal for heavy equipment applications.

Lubricated components include the boom, stick, and bucket cylinder pins, rod ends, H-link connections, dog bone, and other high-motion joints throughout the arm and linkage assembly. These points are exposed to constant articulation and debris ingress during operation, making automated re-greasing a reliable way to maintain performance.

The ReliaMAX™ system features a compact pump with integrated diagnostics and series progressive divider valves to ensure consistent grease delivery. With automated lubrication, this excavator can operate longer between services while reducing the risk of lubrication-related failures.
