Project Overview:
This Kenworth T880 Tri-Axle Dump Truck was fitted with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to service 46 critical grease points, including the kingpins, spring hangers, S-camshaft bushings, tie rod ends, steering links, and dump body pivot hinges. The system delivers precise amounts of lubricant while the truck is in motion, ensuring consistent coverage, extended component life, and reduced maintenance.
With adjustable timing, pressure monitoring, and reliable metering, the ReliaMAX system eliminates missed points and manual greasing inconsistencies. It helps cut lubricant waste, reduce downtime, and keep vehicles on the road longer. This supports greater uptime and profitability for demanding fleet operations.
