This John Deere 85 P-Tier Mid-Size Excavator was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to reduce daily maintenance and protect critical pivot points. With 21 lubrication points across the boom, stick, bucket, articulation, and linkage assemblies, the system helps extend component life while supporting reliable operation in compact work environments.
A 2 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the system, delivering Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a premium lubricant formulated for shock loading, high-pressure applications, and harsh conditions. By automating the greasing process, this installation minimizes labor, ensures every point is properly serviced, and helps keep the machine productive day after day.
