This John Deere 700K Crawler Dozer was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to ensure consistent grease delivery across 16 critical points. The system targets high-wear areas such as lift cylinder pins, blade pitch and angle pivots, and undercarriage linkages – components essential to blade articulation and load-bearing performance.

Equipped with a 4 kg reservoir and filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), this setup is designed to withstand shock loading, resist water washout, and reduce wear under high pressure. The automatic system applies grease during operation, extending component life and reducing downtime associated with manual maintenance.
