John Deere 350 P-Tier Mid-Sized Excavator with Thumb
Project Overview:
This John Deere 350 P-Tier Mid-Sized Excavator was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to cut daily service time and protect vital joints. The system greases 19 points, covering lift-cylinder pins and rod ends, boom-to-stick pivots, stick and bucket pins, H-link and dog-bone joints, and the extra pin introduced by the hydraulic thumb. Consistent lubrication at these points helps control wear and keeps the attachment working smoothly.
An 8 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the system and is filled with Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-performance lubricant formulated to handle heavy loads and shock. Automating grease delivery improves uptime, extends component life and removes the risk of missed manual greasing.
