John Deere 210 P-Tier Mid-Size Excavator

This John Deere 210 P-Tier Mid-Size Excavator was fitted with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to keep maintenance low on demanding earth-moving jobs. The system greases 19 high-wear locations, including lift-cylinder pins and rod ends, boom-mount pins, boom-to-stick pivots, stick and bucket cylinder connections, the bucket pin, H-link joints, dog-bone pin and the thumb-cylinder pin. Consistent lubrication at these points protects pins, bushings and swing bearings from heavy loads and abrasive contaminants.

An 8 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the installation, delivering Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-performance lubricant formulated for shock loading and extreme pressure. Automating daily greasing minimizes labor, prevents missed service points and keeps the excavator performing reliably in tough excavation work.
