JCB HYDRADIG 110W Compact Wheeled Excavator
Project Overview:
This JCB HYDRADIG 110W Compact Wheeled Excavator was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to improve uptime and reduce wear during high-mobility excavation work. With 16 total lubrication points, the system services critical components including boom and stick pins, swing joints, and hydraulic cylinder connections—all of which experience constant movement and load stress.
A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the system and is filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a premium NLGI 1 grease engineered to resist shock loading and water washout. Automating the greasing process helps eliminate manual maintenance delays, extend component life, and ensure consistent lubricant delivery across all key pivot points.
