JCB 437 ZX Wheel Loader
Project Overview:
This JCB 437 ZX Wheel Loader was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to support heavy-duty loading operations while reducing maintenance downtime. The system provides consistent lubrication to 24 key points, including bucket pins, articulation joints, steering cylinder connections, and axle pivots—areas subject to frequent movement and high load stress.
A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump drives the system and is filled with Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-performance NLGI 1 grease designed to resist extreme pressure, shock loading, and water washout. Automating daily greasing enhances reliability, improves service consistency, and helps extend the working life of critical machine components.
