JCB 427 ZX Wheel Loader
Project Overview:
This JCB 427 ZX Wheel Loader was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to enhance reliability and minimize maintenance downtime during demanding operations. The system greases 24 critical points across the bucket linkage, articulation joints, steering system, and axle components, ensuring consistent lubrication to areas that experience heavy stress and movement.
A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump powers the system, filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a high-performance NLGI 1 grease engineered to resist shock loading, water washout, and high-pressure demands. Automating the greasing process increases equipment uptime, improves service consistency, and extends the service life of critical components in harsh worksite environments.
