International / Stellar Hook-Lift Truck

This International MV607 with a Stellar Slider hook-lift body was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to protect moving parts during frequent load cycles. The system delivers grease to 31 points. On the chassis it covers rear steer pins, drag-link joints, kingpins, S-cams and slack adjusters. On the hook-lift body it services lock pins, spring-holder pins, upper and lower hook pivots, hook-cylinder pins and rod ends, and hook rollers. Timed lubrication at these locations cuts wear and helps prevent unplanned repairs.

A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump supplies Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated for shock loads and water washout resistance. Automating grease delivery reduces manual labor, increases uptime and keeps the hook-lift system working reliably in rugged daily service.
