This ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system was custom-designed and assembled for use on a brush washer, addressing the specific lubrication needs of 78 individual points. Housed within a rugged plastic enclosure for durability and ease of installation, the system includes a transparent grease reservoir with an integrated digital controller, grease divider manifolds, pressure gauges, and neatly routed tubing for clear organization and accessibility.

Brush washers operate in environments that involve continuous friction, exposure to abrasive debris, and harsh operational conditions, making consistent lubrication crucial for long-term reliability. This system was configured to automatically deliver controlled amounts of grease precisely where needed, significantly reducing the frequency and labor associated with manual lubrication.
