3TEK Bravo 6280 Shredder | Remote Grease Manifold Install
Project Overview:
A remote grease manifold kit was installed on this 3TEK Bravo 6280 hammer mill shredder to simplify access to critical lubrication points and improve maintenance safety. Hammer mill shredders operate in high-impact environments with constant vibration and dust, which can accelerate wear if lubrication is inconsistent or delayed.
By centralizing multiple grease fittings into a single, easily accessible manifold, the system allows maintenance personnel to service key components without climbing onto the machine or removing protective panels. This improves safety, reduces maintenance time, and helps extend the life of high-stress components in material handling and recycling operations.
