- Lubrication System-Installation Technician
- Inventory Management & Job Prep Specialist
Lubrication System-Installation Technician
As a Lubrication System-Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for the custom installation of automatic lubrication systems on a diverse range of equipment, including heavy machinery and industrial tools. This role involves both in-shop work at our West Springfield location and on-site installations at customer facilities across the New England area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custom aftermarket installations of automatic lubrication systems on various equipment such as crushers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, excavators, and more.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all Lubrication Technologies products, both in the field and at the shop.
- Maintain service trucks and shop areas to ensure a clean and efficient workspace, including managing inventories of parts and supplies.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, both written and electronic.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with common mechanic tools and a strong mechanical skill set, including knowledge of basic electrical systems and hydraulic systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to think critically and resolve problems in the field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Willingness to travel out of state on a frequent basis, with occasional overnight stays required.

Inventory Management & Job Prep Specialist
This multifaceted role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and job assemblies are prepared effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare job assemblies, ensuring all components are ready and available for technicians.
- Maintain organized records of inventory and shipments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, or assembly preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.
