Project Overview:

The Rockster Recycler Crusher, R1100S, is a mobile crushing plant that is based on Rockster’s hydraulic concept and guarantees profitable and flexible recycling of asphalt, concrete and any kind of demolition debris. Moreover it’s equipped with a heavy duty rotor and therefore also ideal for applications in natural stone.

Over 50% of All Bearing Failures are Lubrication Related.

Every day, modern aggregate fleets incur the high and hidden costs associated with the outdated method of manual lubrication. Manual lubrication requires that every truck be stopped and shut-down for grease lubrication. In addition, operators and maintenance personnel must climb on, in, and around the trucks to perform the regular task of manual lubrication. The high costs of machinery downtime, the ineffective method of manual lubrication, and the risk of a recordable accident, requires today’s fleets to review and implement newer and alternative methods and technologies.

  • Increased production up-time
  • Increased machinery reliability
  • Extended machinery service intervals
  • Elimination of machinery downtime due to manual lubrication
  • Increased operator and mechanic safety
  • Reduced unplanned downtime
  • Increase in machinery residual value

Eliminate Manual, point-by-point lubrication on aggregate equipment of all types:

  • Dozers
  • Conveyors
  • Rotary, Centrifugal Compressors
  • Loaders
  • Draglines
  • Excavators
  • Dredges
  • Haul Trucks
  • Crushers
  • Ball, Rod, SAG Mills
  • Dryers & Kilns
