This Komatsu WA500-8 Wheel Loader was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to provide reliable grease delivery to 23 high-wear points. The system services the bucket linkage and dog bone, bell crank, bucket tilt and lift arm rod ends, steering cylinder pins and rod ends, rear-axle pivot and center support bearing, articulation joints, bucket tilt cylinder pin, lift cylinder pins, and boom pins. Supplying consistent grease to these critical areas helps prevent early wear and keeps the loader productive in demanding, continuous-use environments.

Powered by an 8 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump, the system is filled with Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-performance lubricant formulated to handle shock loads and extreme pressure. Automating lubrication reduces manual servicing, lowers the risk of missed points, and supports long-term machine reliability and uptime.
