This Komatsu WA380-8 Wheel Loader was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to improve reliability and reduce maintenance requirements in challenging job site conditions. The system automatically delivers grease to 25 critical points, including bucket pins, dog bone and bell crank, quick lock coupler pins, upper and lower articulation joints, steering cylinder pins and rod ends, rear-axle pivots with the center support bearing, and the lift, tilt and boom cylinder pins. Regular, consistent lubrication of these high-wear areas helps prevent premature failure and supports long-term performance.

Powered by a 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump, the system uses Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a high-performance lubricant formulated to withstand shock loads, water exposure, and high pressure. By automating grease delivery, the system ensures each point receives the right amount at the right time, helping to reduce manual servicing and unplanned downtime.
