Kenworth W900 Tri-Axle Dump

This Kenworth W900 Tri-Axle Dump was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to streamline maintenance and improve reliability in heavy-duty service. The system lubricates 40 chassis points, including kingpins, drag-link and steering box pivots, S-cams, slack adjusters, spring hangers, shackles, and clutch linkages, and 11 body points on the dump assembly such as upper dump cylinder pins, cylinder collars, dump pins, tailgate hinges, and lift-cylinder pins. Consistent grease delivery to these high-wear areas reduces friction and helps extend component life.

A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump supplies Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated for shock loads and resistance to water washout. This combination ensures consistent grease delivery while the vehicle is in operation, improving uptime and minimizing manual labor.
