Super Products Camel 1200 Vacuum Truck

This Super Products Camel 1200 Vacuum Truck was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to streamline routine maintenance and improve system longevity. The installation included a 4 kg electric grease pump filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), configured to service 36 total lubrication points across the truck’s chassis and vacuum system.

Lubrication targets include front and rear steer components, S-cams, slack adjusters, drag links, upper and lower king pins, spring hangers, shackles, clutch points, and dump body components. The system also covers the lift cylinder and all four dump hinges. By delivering consistent grease to each critical point, the ReliaMAX™ system ensures smooth operation, reduced wear, and extended service life under demanding worksite conditions.
