This Peterbilt 589 Tandem-Axle Tractor was fitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to keep critical chassis components properly greased during heavy-duty service. The system covers 18 points: front and rear steer pins, drag-link pivots, upper and lower kingpins, spring hangers, shackles and the fifth-wheel plate. Consistent lubrication at these locations helps prevent wear and reduces the chance of unscheduled repairs.

A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump supplies Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated for water resistance, shock loading and high pressure. Automating grease delivery lowers manual servicing, extends component life and supports maximum uptime for fleet operations.
