This Volvo EC480EL crawler excavator was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to enhance reliability and reduce the maintenance burden during demanding excavation work. The system services 19 critical lubrication points across the machine, helping protect high-load components such as boom, arm, and bucket pins from wear and contamination.

Powered by an 8 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump and filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), the system delivers consistent, metered grease to each point while the machine is in operation. Automating this process minimizes downtime, extends component life, and ensures dependable performance in rugged jobsite conditions.
