This Mack Granite Tri-Axle Spreader Truck was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ automatic lubrication system to simplify maintenance across its chassis and conveyor components. Built for demanding on-road service, the system automatically delivers precise amounts of grease to 43 key points, ensuring smooth operation and reducing wear in high-vibration, heavy-load environments.

The series progressive lubrication system distributes grease from a 4 kg reservoir through precision divider valves, maintaining consistent delivery to steering linkages, suspension pivots, brake S-cams, shackles, and conveyor bearings. This centralized design streamlines servicing and eliminates the need for time-consuming manual greasing, particularly for hard-to-access points around the conveyor and rear axles.

To enhance component protection, the system utilizes Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a premium grease engineered to resist water washout, cushion shock loads, and prevent corrosion under harsh operating conditions. Its tenacious, adhesive film stays in place on exposed or high-friction components, providing dependable lubrication even in dusty or wet environments.
