Peterbilt 567 Tri-Axle Dump Truck
Project Overview:
This Peterbilt 567 Tri-Axle Dump Truck was equipped with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to boost uptime and simplify routine maintenance. The system greases 37 points that include front and rear steer pins, drag-link pivots, upper and lower kingpins, spring hangers and shackles, S-cams and slack adjusters, plus dump-body components such as cylinder pins and collars, tailgate locks and dump pins. Consistent lubrication at these high-wear locations helps prevent premature wear and unplanned repairs.
A 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease pump feeds Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated for shock loads and water resistance. Automating grease delivery reduces manual labor, lowers the chance of missed points and supports reliable operation in demanding hauling conditions.
