Divider Valve on Stick

The divider valve on the stick serves the boom/stick hinge points, the bucket cylinder pin and the upper bucket link points

The divider valve on the bucket "H" link is served by a dedicated pumping element providing a higher volume of grease delivery relative to the rest of the machine.

Automatic Pump

The pump is mounted in available enclosure whenever possible. Accomodation is made to fill it using quick disconnect couplers.

Interlube systems, installed by Lubrication Technologies, offer both multi-line systems and single-line systems to meet your specific requirements. Whichever solution you choose, vehicle down time will be minimized.

Although the installation is not difficult, we have found that most customers are better served when we perform the installation. Should you have multiple units, we would encourage you to let us install a system and train you or your personnel on the various details that we have learned resulting in a reliable and durable installation.

Interlube AC Range

The Interlube AC Range is a compact all electrically operated12/24 volt multi-line system, with three reservoir sizes. Applications include tippers and trucks, refuse vehicles, buses, cranes, excavators, and agricultural machines.

The multi line concept enables each bearing to be lubricated independently, and damage to one feed line does not render the system inoperable. Positive displacement pumping units are available in six different stroke outputs to cater for varying output requirements, and are color-coded for easy identification. They are supplied complete with outlet fittings suitable for 4 mm tubing. The AC Range is easy to operate, and virtually maintenance free. It is fully adjustable, and will deliver precise lubrication whenever the vehicle is in motion.

  • AC1 is available with 12 or 24 volt systems; serves up to 12 lubrication points
  • AC2 is available with 12 or 24 volt systems; serves up to 12, 24 or 36 lubrication points; item number depends on voltage, cycle time and number of points served; see Operating Manual at right

InterLube Pump Elements

Interlube AX Range

The Interlube AX multi-line pumps are used in many small to medium sized industrial applications such as packaging machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and recycling machines; with the motors specified as 110V or 240V. The pumps operate in the same way as the AC range and utilize the same pump units/accessories.

The multi line concept enables each bearing to be lubricated independently, and damage to one feed line does not render the system inoperable. Interlube LUBEPLUS GX Single Line System

The Lubeplus GX is ideally suited to mechanical applications and plant use in the food processing, packaging and printing industries. Can accommodate systems with up to 200 lubrication points.

Lubeplus GX is designed to operate with the more precise positive displacement unit (PDU) which can be used with greases or oil; or with metering flow unit systems (oil onlyl). The lubricator is available with a wide combination of condition monitoring features and a choice of 'with' or 'without' microprocessor control.

  • The microprocessor provides the option of times or impulse count control and automatically monitors pressure failure and low level condition.
  • The model without microprocessor is normally operated in conjunction with the control system of the parent machine

The standard unit is supplied with an integral controller, which allows selection of either a timed mode of operation or a combination mode of time period and impulse count delay period. Selection of modes is acheived via a simple DIL switch.

Dualine lubricating systems are found in virtually every industry in which continuous duty operation is required. From steel production to pulp and paper, from mining equipment to machine tools, automatic application of the lubricant provides significant benefits to the equipment user. There are several components that are used in designing a Dualine system:

  • Valves
  • Reversing Valves
  • Central Stations
  • Controllers
Dualine Systems are economical for a system with more than 20 bearing points and lubrication points can be added easily without redesigning the total system. A blockage between feed line and bearing will not shut the system down, ensuring that the remaining bearings will continue to be lubricated. There are positive lubrication indicators for each bearing point enabling easy monitoring for any blocked points. Dualine systems have the ability to positively displace a broad range of lubricants from light oil to grade 2 grease. Lubrication discharge volumes at each lubrication point are fully adjustable in the field, even after start-up.

Singleline® Automatic Spray System

BIJUR Logo The spray systems are used to lubricate large gear and pinion sets such as ball mills, rod mills, kilns, etc. They are widely applied in power generation, mine, cement, forging and paper equipment. These lubrication systems can increase gears working life, reduce maintenance time and costs.

Gear face widths of 50mm to 1.06m can be lubricated with nozzle. The gear spray systems operate intermittently, they can be thought of as film maintaining devices. The electrical controls provide broad cycling flexibility as well as fault monitoring and afterblow to purge the nozzles.
