Interlube AC Electrically Operated Multiline System Range
The Interlube AC Range is a compact all electrically operated 12/24 volt multi-line grease pump system, with three reservoir sizes, which consists of the Interlube AC1, Interlube AC2, Interlube AC3 and Interlube AC6 multi line grease pumps for chassis applications. Applications include tippers and trucks, refuse vehicles, buses, cranes, excavators, and agricultural machines.
The multi-line concept enables each bearing to be lubricated independently, and damage to one feed line does not render the system inoperable. Positive displacement pumping units are available in six different stroke outputs to cater for varying output requirements, and are color-coded for easy identification. They are supplied complete with outlet fittings suitable for 4 mm tubing. The AC Range is easy to operate, and virtually maintenance free. It is fully adjustable, and will deliver precise lubrication whenever the vehicle is in motion.
The Interlube AC1 multi line grease pump is available with 12 or 24 volt systems; serves up to 12 lubrication points and operates for up to 750 hours on each reservior filling.
The Interlube AC2 multi line grease pump is available with 12 or 24 volt systems; serves up to 12, 24 or 36 lubrication points; item number depends on voltage, cycle time and number of points served; see Operating Manual at right and operates for up to 1500 hours on each reservior filling.
The Interlube AC3 multi line grease pump is available with 12 or 24 volt systems; serves up to 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 lubrication points; item number depends on voltage, cycle times and number of lubrication points served; see Operating Manual at right and operates for up to 2000 hours on each reservior filling.
